The Nutrition Project

You don’t need another diet, detox or list of foods you’re “allowed” to eat.

You need a way of eating that makes sense, fits your real life and still works when you’re busy, stressed or lacking motivation.

The Nutrition Project helps you move from confusion and inconsistency to clarity, confidence and lasting progress.

First, you’ll learn the foundations of nutrition in a simple, practical way — without extreme rules, unnecessary restriction or information overload. Then, you’ll put that knowledge into practice inside a supportive small-group programme, where coaching, accountability and realistic habit-building help you stay on track.

Because knowing what to do is only half the battle.

The real change happens when healthy choices become easier to repeat, setbacks stop turning into spirals, and you finally feel in control of your nutrition.

Build the knowledge. Change the habits. Make it last.

Join the Nutrition Project and learn how to create a healthier relationship with food that works in real life, not just for a few motivated weeks.

Why Does The Nutrition Project Exist?

Nutrition is one of the most important factors in health, fitness, and lifestyle. Yet it barely gets any attention in the fitness industry, and there are so many conflicting opinions out there; it’s hard to know where to look to get some real help that will actually make a difference.

We know this is wrong, and we believe that addressing knowledge gaps alongside practising behaviour change and applying nutrition skills in challenging environments will lead to long-term change and have a transformative impact on both you as an individual and the fitness goals you are working towards.

That’s why we have created The Nutrition Project. First and foremost, it’s a place where people learn. Learn how to make mistakes and get back up from them without wiping out weeks of progress. Learn how to apply knowledge in those situations that have always tripped you up before. Learn the importance of environment and how that impacts the decision-making process.

If you join the project, you’ll gain access to twice weekly calls/ meetings with Nathan and Emma where we go through a mixture of reflection, learning, coaching, evaluating, planning and discussion, regular emails to keep your goals at the forefront of your mind, a community group where people can grow together, and monthly real world practice sessions where we all go out and apply the skills we have learnt.
