Health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. (World Health Organisation). Another definition is simply the general condition of the body.

In order to be healthy we must, at the very least, be in control of the physical, mental and social aspects of our lives. In order to master it we must go further and understand the impact that different types of movement, food and social environments have on us as individuals. We must then learn how to manipulate each factor to generate the desired outcome and prioritise change based on what will have the largest impact relative to the resources spent.

My personal conviction is that everyone should have the opportunity to be healthy and the associated freedom that comes with that so I have created this FREE guide with some simple advice on how you can change for good.
